STATE OF THE ART FACILITY

North Star Automotive is a modern facility built to accommodate all types of vehicles. Our productive space occupies over 11000 square feet and is home to the latest tools and equipment in collision repair and refinishing. There is no licensing of body shops in PA therefore there are no requirements as far what equipment or training you need to operate a body shop. We voluntarily invest in the right equipment to repair your vehicle properly.

THE BODY SHOP

The body shop is where our technicians make the structural and cosmetic repairs to your vehicle. Our body techs follow standard operating procedures that ensure that the repaired area of your vehicle will not reappear over time due to sinking, shrinking, or delamination. Our welding and assembly techniques aim to mimic factory quality and appearance. Our goal is to repair your vehicle such that the repairs are long lasting and the vehicle continues to look as it would if it was never in an accident. The best body work can never be seen.
THE FRAME SHOP

The frame shop is home to 3 dedicated frame machines that allow our trained technicians to anchor and straighten unibody and full framed vehicles. Our three-dimensional computerized frame measuring system and strict loyalty to quality repair methods ensure your vehicle will be back to factory specifications as well as look as if it was never in a collision. Restoring your vehicle back to factory specifications will ensure a perfect alignment. If your vehicle has frame damage North Star Automotive can provide you with a computer print-out of before and after measurements of your frame.
THE PAINT SHOP

The paint shop is home to the tools, equipment, and the Dupont refinishing system that allows us to accurately match the color, texture, and finish of your vehicle. We mix and match your factory specific color on site utilizing a computerized mixing scale and software. We duplicate factory processes by baking our paint which provides a long lasting finish. All paint work is warranted when following manufacturers recommended procedures.
THE MECHANICAL SHOP

The mechanical shop is where we service all makes and model vehicles for routine and unexpected service. Our ASE certified mechanics are experienced enough to diagnosis the complex mechanical, electrical, and safety systems of today's modern vehicles. We provide our technicians with the most-current tools and equipment so they can service your vehicle correctly the first time.
